Love is in the air! We’re welcoming February with open arms and sending love to you all. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic night with a partner, spending time with galentines, or indulging in some self-love, we have a recipe that’s sure to warm your heart. Follow along for step-by-step instructions on how to make our 4-Ingredient Valentine’s Day Cookies! 

Here’s what you’ll need:

>1 bag of Emmy’s Dark Cacao Cookies

>1 bar of dark chocolate

>1 tsp unrefined coconut oil

>Naturally dyed sprinkles

>Heart shaped cookie cutter

Step 1. 

Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut the cookies into hearts by pressing the cutter firmly into the cookie.

Step 2.

Melt the chocolate. Break up the chocolate bar into pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tsp of unrefined coconut oil. Heat for 30 seconds and then stir, repeating until all contents are melted. Stir once more to ensure coconut oil has been incorporated evenly throughout the mixture.

Step 3.

Dip cookies in chocolate and then immediately coat with sprinkles. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate shell to harden, and enjoy!
