What You'll Need
- 5 apples, chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 Emmy's Organics Vanilla Bean Cookies
- 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Add filling ingredients to a bowl and mix around; add it to an 8x8 baking dish, and bake for about 30 minutes.
3.In the meantime, in a bowl mix together all of the crumble ingredients except for the coconut oil - add in the oil and mix with your hands so that it is evenly distributed.
4. Then just take the apples out of the oven and crumble the mixture all over the filling and bake everything for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
