Made with vegan ingredients such as almond flour, maple syrup, and creamy nut-butter, these Samoa bars are sure to be a jackpot! Once you've tried these Samoa bars, this recipe will quickly become a fave.

What You'll Need
Ingredients Base Coconut Layer Chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all base ingredients. Press into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 10-12 mins or until the edges begin to golden. Let cool.
2.Break the cookies apart into a large bowl. Then stir in the maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Spread over the cooked base.
3.Place in the freezer to harden. Then cut into bars.
4.Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Dip the bottom of each bar into the mixture & return to a lined cookie sheet. Then use the rest to drizzle over the tops. Place back in the freezer to let the chocolate harden.
5.Enjoy!
