We're heading into the Fall & Winter season, and festive treats are definitely in order. This calls for Pumpkin Spice Donuts! We love clean cookie donuts and can't think of a better combo than delicious Pumpkin Spice and chocolate!
Featuring our limited Edition Emmy's Organics Pumpkin Spice Coconut Cookies these donuts are an excellent dessert to make for friends or family, or even enjoy as a sweet mid-day pick me up. They're made with simple vegan ingredients such as coconut flour, maple syrup, and chocolate! Ready in under an hour, once you've tried these Pumpkin Spice Donuts, you will be craving them all season long.

What You'll Need
- 1 bag Emmy's Organics Pumpkin Spice Coconut Cookies
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 chocolate bar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
1.Preheat oven to 325F. Combine all ingredients, besides chocolate and oil, together in a food processor or bowl. Just ensure you crumble up the cookies. Once a dough has formed, press into a greased donut pan.
2.Bake for about 10-15 min (time always varies!) or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
3.Melt chocolate bar and coconut oil together until smooth. Dip the bottom of each donut in the chocolate and set on parchment paper. Drizzle remaining chocolate over the top of the donuts.
4.Place in the fridge until set. Enjoy!
