What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 3 Emmy’s Organics Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies - crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mash up your banana and add in the remaining ingredients. Bake your granola for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
